  3. first thing is to change perception of what is ok and what not. if women are being groped on the subway and dont speak up, then there is something going wrong. women should publicly be motivated to speak up if they are being molested. no wonder police are handling this in a non-satisfactory way when over generations it has kind of been "okay" to sexually harass women. it was ok to just ignore it without consequences. and now its not. or is it? .. this will take a few more generations to change in people's heads.
