  1. Diversity is discrimination, specifically on those of Merit, but to be honest if the institutions were regulated, so all can acquire the education, the problem shall have resolve. And the proven teachings of the institutions of (merit) shall be evidential and create for those institutions with less merited development to study harder in their teachings. Else, their services are bought somewhere else with a greater merit. It shall Govern the other institutions. But costs of all institutions must be level. Those poor or merited decollements shall be less desirable. Thus, incentivizing a strive for the highest level of merit. Just naturally without discrimination, special funding or racisms.
