  2.  @StevenJohn91  Running, treadmill and outdoors, body weight exercises, weights, bag work, and a circuit including a sled push and pull, bear crawls, farmer’s carry, and sprints. I try to mix it up and cycle workouts so as to avoid repetitive stress injuries. I quit squatting years ago and now do high rep lunges with weight. I’m in my mid-50s and need to keep strong.
