The Chinese stock market is the most regulated market in the world why do you think so few international companies list on Chinese exchanges? and the stock market is just a fancy digital casino. People trading shares know the risks and if they don't then they have no one else to blame then themselves. The issue Alibaba forcing companies to choose between Ali pay and other digital services like the video is saying. With Alibaba's size they can easily outmuscle their competition.
