  1. I cannot see how the victims can use the Consumer Protection Act 1987 when the people taking the vaccine weren't consumers - they never purchased the vaccine after a consideration in buying it; they never had a consumer contract with the NHS/Astra Zeneca.

Therefore I cannot see how vaccines are considered goods under consumer legislation and I cannot see how administering a vaccine is considered a service under consumer legislation because no money is exchanged between individual and supplier 👍  @Andrew-t5n2n
