  4.  @slamdvw  well if it was powered entirely by fuel why didn't they just somehow cut the fuel feed to stop the turbofan? If you want to stop a car engine you could cut the fuel! The episode highlights the plausible fact that jet turbofans run on both fuel and compressed air!
