No she's not deluded. She's now in opposition so is only opposing Labour because they said they would scrap the two-child benefit cap which they haven't done. Don't you understand how Parliament works?

@tyronevaldez-kruger5313 well yeah - if labour said they would scrap the child benefit cap and they haven't now they're in government, then yes they have failed to carry out a pledge! But failing to carry out pledges is the same for all parties!!

@tyronevaldez-kruger5313 If you think about it, it doesn't matter who said it, the mere fact of getting rid of the two-child benefit cap would alleviate child poverty. Or would you disagree with that statement?

@gmonkman wooooaaahh, like I stated earlier, it's irrespective what was said and who said it, what's important is braverman is in opposition and her responsibility is to oppose. It really is that simple. If his majesty's most loyal opposition went along with everything the government put forward, the chamber would be ineffective 👍
