@user-wj6jh1cd5n Written in the legal code is not "in the law itself". This gibberish is meaningless because there is no legal framework for them to defend these supposed rights.

@stevebriggs9399 They don't believe in "rights" at all. "Rights" ideologies come from the premise that there are rules to determine who is righteous in a given conflict. Without some organizing doctrines there are only powers and prerogatives. Even in Europe under "Christendom" righteousness was only considered spiritual and in cases of conflicts between those of the same class. We now call this tort law. The king had powers and his accusations could not be taken lightly. The "rights" discourse in terms of legality started to come in to play when some of the king's close allies asked for rules when the king levied an accusation against them. This early charter took a long time to evolve in to the notion that all people living under a righteous governor should also have areas that could not be infringed without justification. So, you're right but it's far more extreme than simply rejecting rights of individuals that make up the masses of workers and peasants and so forth. And by the way, Communists are exactly the same. Communism and China got along well until too many people realized that it's just another hypocritical emperor with a new story.

@V1brationCanine It's getting that way. Socialists in the West don't believe in rights either. They're getting more and more like the most desperate Marxists.
