  31. You CAN argue that one can be mentally sane and do evil things resulting from other mental health issues. Jeffrey Dahmer is a prime example. He was actually deemed to be medically sane despite his actions. But he DID have other obvious mental health issues. BECUAUSE!!! No mentally healthy person does these things.
