Get the fuck in the gym and eat less calories than you burn. I'm talkin to myself as much as anyone else here. Aside from the few genetic issues that may require more study...95% of obesity is cause by you jamming too much fuckin cake in your mouth.

  2. This whole fat acceptance shit reminds me of the old cigarette ads that claim doctors ENCOURAGE smoking. There WAS a time when smoking was very much glorified, but we learned overtime how UNHEALTHY it actually was, and it took creating mass damage for change to occur. So, how many people need to eat themselves to death for us to finally accept that, like ads making smoking look healthy, being fat is NOT healthy...
