Christmas in Orthodoxy is not Santa Claus and the Christmas tree. This sacrament is a celebration of the birth of Christ, not the eating of roast duck. Don't confuse New Year with Christmas. Ukraine is Orthodox and celebrates January 7, the church holds a divine service

Orthodox Christmas has nothing in common with Catholic Christmas. Since Catholic Christmas has grown into a secular entertainment holiday like New Year. The Nativity of the Cross in canonical Orthodoxy is a sacrament of a rite in honor of the birth of Christ and a service is held in the confession of Orthodoxy, accompanied by the prayers of all believers with the implementation of fixed rituals and foundations enshrined in Orthodoxy, and not eating Christmas ducks and gluttony over alcoholic beverages.

@itkraxcs Judging by the number of “believers” in the churches seized from the Orthodox Church, the “Poroshenko-Zelensky” church can already be deciphered as: OCU - the empty church of Ukraine)))

@Rocket_scientist_88 The UN condemned the actions of the criminal regime in Kyiv regarding the persecution of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. This video shows propaganda, and in the meantime, Orthodox churches in Ukraine are set on fire, which do not want to convert to the OCU, a non-canonical faith, priests are persecuted and beaten, monks are expelled from their monasteries and monasteries, centuries-old historical values of the church are robbed. Monks and priests are imprisoned for their faith. Is this a democratic country?
