Judging by the geolocation and the small bridge over the canal narrow northern-Donetsk-Donbas are areas of bridge crossings over the canal, which are all controlled by Ukrainian troops. So these are Ukrainian military and there is no way RF troops can be there unless they went on the attack and took up to 7km of territory in depth. So again it's propaganda to frame the alleged attacks on Russian soldiers or it's strikes on their own Ukrainians fleeing from their positions deserters.

@peterderuiter2937 Read first what this memorandum is about, not the treaty. And then write your made-up heresies. First of all, Ukraine has long ago violated this memorandum and all unthinkable treaties and still has not ratified its borders after leaving the USSR. Ukraine's borders are not fixed in the UN.

@peterderuiter2937 The U.S. forced to give up nuclear weapons in good hands that can maintain and store them, so that they do not fall into the black market and do not hit the U.S. itself, as Ukraine sold everything in a row and corruption and debt poverty. A memorandum is not a contract, no contract was made. A memorandum is a fact of action taken and a commitment to create an agreement.
