He claimed the video was taken from a Russian soldier's phone except for one thing. He forgot to scrub the metadata from the video before posting. It was created on 10-09 at 10:24.26. At that date and time the town was in complete control of Ukraine forces.

Summary execution without a full and fair trial? Ukraine is such a model of democracy.
