  4. These balloons operate in the stratosphere, which is much higher than where commercial aircraft operate. There are hundreds of them crisscrossing the earth on a daily basis. Nobody makes a big deal out of it, except the US...🤣😂🤣😂

  5.  @jeffreywenger281  The air is rather thin at that altitude, so you're not going to have up or down drafts affecting the balloon's position. The only way it's coming down is loss of helium or hydrogen if that was used and the descend is rather slow. Generally these balloons are not a danger to aircraft. Remember there are hundreds of them circling the earth and crossing international borders each and every day without incident.
