  2. Civil wars are always the cruelest. Stop pretending in the European-created fabrication of Iraq and divide the country. Sure they'll still fight but when they have to each separately manage their own infrastructure as well as make international relationships they'll find fighting far more costly unless they have a military industrial complex backing pointless conflicts like we do.
