  1. Only in the US does a cop get off with pumping a guy full of rounds making absolutely sure he was dead over a phone call from some random person. How the hell is a person supposed to follow complicated instructions when they are basically pissing their pants out of fear? The cop is a murderer full stop and those defending this action are straight up fascists without question.
