I live over here so yes it's rather hard not to know of them but you're the one dropping terms like "visual kei" a term I didn't hear until several years of living in Japan. This seems to have escaped the thin-skinned butthurt folks here. If you insulted something I liked I would say "Well, that's your opinion and I don't care." I wouldn't get into a long drawn out argument trying to convince someone that their subjective opinion is objectively wrong. You see the obvious problem here, right? Probably not but perhaps you will someday when you stop being 13.
