Our rabid leftie mussie London Mayor, Sadiq Khant had refused to send perfectly serviceable ( but slightly polluting ) vehicles traded in under Londons ridiculous ULEZ scheme ( including a lot of 'Chelsea Tractors ' = large 4 X 4 in London ) to Ukraine. The mealy mouthed toad has had to be bludgeoned into common sense by central government into allowing the vehicles to be sent.... So our wonderful mayor would rather crush seviceable vehicles rather than allow them to help Ukraine. Seems we have Russophiles in UK as well as you have in USA. ( ULEZ = Ultra Low Emission Zone )
