  2. Poland was going to send them anyway, they have already trained Ukraine soldiers in Leopard any way, so in order to not look more stupid than they already do, Germany said OK, go ahead. Germany loves paperwork - and their Leopards look good on paper, but maybe not in real battle conditions...
