I'm feeling REALLY blessed here in my West Texas town where our brick home is 2,700 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 2 bath, huge back yard with work shop, green house, pecan trees and sprinkler system. We purchased it for $55,000 25 years ago and appraised at $150,000 not long ago. Y'alls real estate is insane!!!😯
