  5. They were taking their time to gather enough evidence to make the charges stick and to insure they will be convicted of these heinous crimes. It doesn't happen like a one hour episode of CSI.

  7. Unfortunately, the autopsy on Alex showed it was of natural causes, but it sure was convenient for Chad and Lori for him to die when he did!

  9. The DA had to be confident they'd get a conviction with solid evidence before the brought the charges. It's not like an episode of CSI where the crime is solved in an hour.
