  1. The officers were trying to descalate his erratic behavior in the patrol car by responding to GFs own request to be taken out and brought to the ground. Officers restrained him further to keep him from continuing to hurt himself or possible injure one of them. What was DCs reasoning for continuing restraint after non responsive? Let's hear how the defense addresses this question.
