  2. I doubt that the NHS pays a single penny in VAT, they don't deal in whats considered luxury items?

  3.  @philipbarnard2474  They would claim that back, but actually wouldn't pay it, in the first place, at one time even people on holiday from other countries, didn't pay VAT.
