  2. @rcpmac  nope your straight up wrong, if the worker doesn't do quality work it is their fault. YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE. I guarantee if records of who screwed up a job end up in court they will be held to account for their screw ups. That is why you never sign for another's work, you never fake data, don't take the fall for another

  5.  @Rondo2ooo  I've worked in manufacturing, you do not listen to people who tell you to cut corners, if you cut corners and that something you messed up on can get you fired/legal trouble if people get injured/killed.

If management orders you not to do proper inspections, DO THEM ANYWAYS.if you get fired because of doing proper inspections then it goes to people your boss can't buy off
