Wasn't Pearl Harbor itself "The Great Decisive Battle" under the Kantai Kessen? What existing ships remained that weren't the core target under the plan. They even treated the war like that, for six months..

Because we also made a lot of crappy stuff along with the good stuff at the time, and tried to sell it Globally. We were the Worlds China at the time and had our own "chinesium".
