@rebelcave8556 Everything you said, I'm sure you believe. (Which, in and of itself, is sad) Except for one thing.....He's been charged with murder. So, anything you say in defense, is pretty much academic. This is completely indefensible.

@rebelcave8556 It wasn't meant to. But, we saw exactly what the cop saw. That should never have happened. If cops are that scared of the citizenry, they should opt for a different line of work. I librarian, or a secretary. That woman wasn't a threat, full stop. He had not the first clue what the word 'rebuke' meant and perceived it a threat. He was in her house, uninvited. No prowler found, then leave. It's that simple.

@rebelcave8556 I never said that YOU didn't know what the word meant. I said that the COPS didn't. Also, getting her name was completely unnecessary, since you have to give it to the dispatcher during the 911 call.

@rebelcave8556 Dude, what are you talking about? Watch the video and listen to the exchange. "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus" "You better not, or I'll $h00+ you in the f'kn face!" Again, if this was in any way justifiable, he wouldn't be charged with murder as we speak. Again, this is indefensible. These guys, despite what you may think, are decidedly NOT without flaw. "They will look like a wimp back at the station if they don’t have her name." Well, damn! We can't have that now, can we? The very last thing we want, is to have them look like 'wimps' because they didn't get her name. Which, AGAIN, was told to the dispatcher. You're really reaching here, bud.

@rebelcave8556 "A charge does not make them guilty of anything." Well, I mean, they're cops. So, on that, we agree. Also, unless there's a crime, the 'subject' isn't obligated to tell them tihsskcaj. Imagine your job being to uphold the law, and you're worried about whether, or not you're perceived as alpha? Make it make sense. -_-
