  1.  @daviniarobbins9298  I bought my MBP in 2012. 11 years later, it still works like a charm. The only reason I'm upgrading, is because FCPX is too slow on it, for all the plugins that I've installed subsequently. This one just can't handle it. Also, I have a desktop Mac that I've had since 2007, running Logic Pro. Zero issues.
