  1. they freeze it whole with the guts? what kind of idiots are they? we put up hundred of #s of salmon every year..you ALWAYS gut and clean the blood out then freeze..the meat stays firm that way and not mushy and gross..learn to preserve your catch..keeping the guts inside promotes bacteria growth
