If it's actually true, that Kadyrov's having a long and well-known history of drug abuse, was recently wandering around high in pyjamas, was "recovered"/caught by the FSB and was brought to a Russian hospital to sober up, he might be in the "rapid detox" program. It's used in Russia and includes being put into an artificially induced coma as part of going through the worst withdrawal pains. Damaged kidneys certainly don't make his recovery easier though - but I don't know, if the rumours about his health problems are true - there've been too many rumours about Putin's and other Russian officials health problems in the past years for me to take this too seriously.
