  1. My impression is that Ukrainians are very open about their corruption problem, that they for the most part actually have inherited from Russia. In turn, Russia's trying to paint them as "that terribly corrupt country", in fact they're just projecting big time, bc we've seen with our own eyes in the combat footage, whose military is WAY more corrupt and had sold out all their night vision goggles etc.
