  1. Not really thanks to the USA many Afghans have move to the west and many have studied hard and one day will go back and fix this mess

  2.  @IAMATTHETOP  thing will change in time in the 1970s nobody who left mainland China would go back now you will probably find 9 out of 10 mainland Chinese studying in the west go back to China for better job opportunities
