  1. I purposely worked in the juvenile detention system for many years because I wanted to help turn young lives around. I saw no evidence of sexual assault and there were cameras everywhere except cells and latrines, where the cameras would at least record who was around those places. Staff would also have electronic monitoring devices attached to them, recording where they were. It may have happened in other places, but I doubt it could've happened at ours.

  4. I understand where you're coming from and mostly agree. But when you're in a place where no two people are allowed to be unsupervised and is infested with cameras, it seriously narrows the odds.
