  15. Keep in mind that the projection that 100,000 people were without power is vastly under-reported. Every apartment complex, every condominium complex that shares a meter, counts as one customer. My area said 24 people were without power, that was 24 apartment and condominium complexes.

In other words if you get stopped, we have laws that say you have rights, you canā€™t be held without reasonable suspicion of a crime for example. So if youā€™re a Hispanic legal U.S. Citizen you canā€™t be detained, searched or forced to provide identification. Now with this law you can, the police can suspend your rights if they suspect you might not be a citizen. So if youā€™re jogging in your neighborhood and Hispanic, they can stop, demand ID and arrest you, put you in jail, and until you can PROVE youā€™re a U.S. citizen you have no rights. Remember the U.S. citizens that were deported to Mexico under Trumps zero tolerance policy unable to get home to their families, unable to get into the USA because they had no proof of citizenship.
