  3. Genevieve Marie — I hate to say this as it is NOT relevant to this situation, but ANY business can serve whomever they want. It doesn’t matter if the sign says "NO SHIRT, NO SERVICE," "BLACKS ONLY, WHITES KEEP OUT" or "NO GAYS." Business owners seldom want to do anything that would present them in a negative light, but they do have that right. Putting a "WHITES ONLY" sign on your business would be an idiot move and would cause customers to avoid that store like the plague, but... hey this is America.
