To the channel's credit, Asheville NC bears according to studies, having lived in close proximity since birth, are 'kind of' like a bear raised since they were a cub. They are kinda/sorta/maybe acclimated to humans, and don't view them as either threat or prey. If you are a fan of this channel, watch a few and look for where he has posted links in the comments about the studies done in that area on the bear/human relationships being very different than the rest of the country.
