  1. He is not unique in sleeping with his sister, this is so much more common than you think and if that is both your choices than no-one else can tell you not to do it. And really...who cares? He was a psychopath before he became emperor but before that he couldn't do all that he wanted. Once he had the power he didn't had to hide who he really was anymore...like women in our time once they get married=)
