  2. You don't have to be anti-capitalist to encourage people to eat healthy and exercise, not even conceding that those endorsements would cost money. So long as you're offsetting the increased taxes in this area with decreased taxes in another (which Trump and his administration are certainly trying to do, you end up with a net decrease in taxation as well as government spending. But yes, ideally, you would deregulate everything and stop censoring the conversation people have about what's harmful. Government need not be involved at all.
