  1. @19:10 it's been more than three generations of imbeciles... isn't that enough? you bring up a lot of factors... access to better food, education, cultural differences, etc. but you neglected (probably intentionally so) that there one particular culture in the USA that has had access to all the same benefits, and yet continues to prove past assumptions about them correct. Any person of any race has potential. but some cultures are better than others.
