  1. In regards to dating. It’s quite different where the foreign partner is a man or woman. Nobita thinks Korea is more open, but that’s only true for Korean men. And even then, they just want to ‘try out’ a foreign girl. Korean women an insanely frowned upon in society if they date a foreign man. As a foreign man, dating in Korea is complete garbage. Even though English is better, and even if you have good report/make a connection, chances are because of family and society pressure, the girl will not date you. Japan feels much more open in this regard.
