  2. He's saying if you dress like a Japanese business man, people will ask if you live in Japan, and assume you have some language skills. Where as if you dress casual (like Joey) they rightfully assume you're a tourist and will be surprised by any Japanese language ability.

  5.  @anime-cu7sq  Korea is capital of the world for plastic surgery too. I haven't seen the full clip, but I imagine it's some very niche thing (where-as commonplace in korea) or for medical reasons.
