  5.  @Twistofkain24  I'd have more in common with whichever is my child. I've seen interracial children, and their personalities are unmistakeably their parents, while other things are shaped by the culture they grow up in.

  6. That's opposite of most Asian cultures, where the wife becomes part of the husband's family. That's also why the classic trope of "wife vs her mother-in-law" is so common.

  7.  @TKUltra972  That when it comes to relationships, the default "foreigner" is white, and generally American. If they're speaking about others, they'd likely be more specific.
