Zelenskiy promised Basic Rights for the Donbass Minority and others ( around 8 million Russian - Ukrainians among 42 million ) and a Peace Deal with Russia during his last presidential campaign , and 72 % of Ukrainians voted for that and for him , but after elected Zelenskiy rejected all. Is there any mention in the Communique about this minority ? Have Nuland and Fink ordered to erase their existence ? Are VonderLeyen, Metsola, Michel and Stoltenberg even acknowledging their existence ? Zelenskiy Presidential Term has expired in May 2024, he and Yermak are caretakers, how can they handle EU & USA Taxpayers Funds ? € Billions every month , under what Authority ?
