In my opinion the ECJ ( and the Commission) should look into : a) Duda's " Federal Digital Platform Commission", its a custom made killer of Free Speech and Free Media to stop Tusk and control next Elections. b ) Zelenskiy new proprietary application " Diia " , that every Ukrainian uses and that controls their Bank activity, Deposit of salaries, Purchases , Voting, Application for Permits, Social media Activity, Medical, Insurance, text, messages, etc., the App is controlled by Zelenskiy and his investors and controls all activities of all Ukrainians, in my opinion it will steal the Presidential Elections in early 2024 .
