Elon Musk and his Team suggested 7 years ago to build 160 km. x 160 km. surface of Solar Panels/ Agrivoltaics/ Batteries, a space that can power Europe or America Electrical Demands, and can generate Green Hydrogen in huge volumes for Manufacturing, Metals, Chemicals , Transportation, etc. If Europe and America are really serious about Green Hydrogen, that is the way to go , as the guest from Hydrogen Europe suggests in the interview.
