Fact is Oil and Gas Companies don't want to drill more or extra to keep the prices up, and since Politicians are corrupt , they don't force them and the price now is at around € 100 a barrel for Oil and € 120 -150 for Gas / LNG equivalent, a disaster for Industry and Consumers. But Politicians salaries of about € 150.000 to € 400.000 a year are not affected , so there is not a rush to change anything , and their family members are getting very good Jobs at companies from the Asset Managers, Hedge Funds & Private Equity that control Big Oil,Gas, Foods, Commodities and Weapons, so they are happy.
