Facts : 12 months of Covid-19 has most of Europe ,including Germany, depressed, anxious , disappointed , it's taking a huge toll on Europe, this is why the EU Recovery Fund is fundamental for Europe's mind health . A focus on Jobs , Infrastructure, Clean Energy Technologies is exactly what Europe needs. I would include a laser focus on treatments search : A pill to end Virus Spike Protein from using Human cells to replicate. Also I would distribute 200 million Training Videoconference Tablets/Laptops with cheap data for ~€35 billion to generate unity and purpose , not to mention much needed cyber skills training ,since EU is 5 years behind Asia on it, in my opinion. Time for training , hope and Jobs .
