Georgieva : Europe must switch to HEAT PUMPS, the new ones can handle extreme Cold and Hot weather , and build a Manufacturing, Installation, Services, Parts Industry, and all power by Solar, Wind and Batteries arrays, and a Continent - wide plan for Agrivoltaics and Desalination, as well as 15 large Electric Vehicles GigaFactories, besides making the new super chips GPU+CPU combos , etc . Europe must find the new leaders that will get it done in the 2024 Elections. Why doesn't the IMF finance some of it ?
