  1. Who controls the Databases ? Are they Open Source customized for this use ? Or are they commercial like Oracle or others that later share everything ? Its all encrypted ? Some EU Countries still have Official sites , like Consulates and Trade , etc. ,that are not encrypted end to end , so they spied on. Telefonica of Spain , who used to be the leader in the 90's, now uses Oracle for cloud, so they listen to everything in Europe since they are EU core , absurd in my opinion. NSO Group and Candiru, QCyber etc. had more than 40 contracts in EU , very sad !
