To build hundreds of Gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Battery Arrays, EV + Heat Pumps Factories, AGRIVOLTAICS & Desalination Farms , Broadband, etc. , South & Central America have all the needed Minerals, Oil , Gas , Crops, Hard Workers and local talent , and Europe knows how to extract all the chemicals needed and build the local Factories with local Natural Resources, the potential is enormous. Of course we know the Neocon Oligarchs will try to destroy any Deal , they want to keep Christians against Christians, so the devil is in the details . China , India, etc. are watching , and USA must understand that the wealthier South & Central America become, the more USA products they can buy and the less Illegal Immigration will be to USA, its a win - win . Will Europe and Lat Am act with flexibility, practical and smart ?
