  1. Thanks , Sec. Gen. Guterres . Europe and America need and want ~ 400 Gigawatts each of Clean Energy - Solar , Wind, Wave, Hydrogen , Batteries , etc. - and the rest of the World another ~ 2 - 3.000 Gigawatts . Right now the problem is that most Chemicals needed to manufacture all that Clean Energy hardware comes from Oil,Gas, Coal , so the transition must be smooth . The absurd , cruel and unnecessary War in Ukraine has wrecked the smooth transition.We must be very smart : end the stupid War and make a Peace Trade and Jobs Pact, right now !
